Seeking an experienced Shift dining room manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and be able to manage a team of employees.
The restaurant Dining room Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining quality standards.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for administrative duties such as scheduling, inventory managing, daily balancing and experience with POS operations.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the food industry
Proven track record of managing a team of employees
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of food safety
