Lino's & Chili Line Brewery, Trattoria and Pizzeria is an authentic norther Italian restaurant and brewery offering a wide selection of Italian cuisine. We make our pizzas using an imported Italian slate oven. In addition we offer a great selection of wine from Italy, Argentina, and California. We also offer hand crafted beer made on site from Chili Line Brewery.

As a server you will be expected to explain in depth, the food, wine, and beer, suggest and up-sale food to customers, conduct professional table service and provide a pleasant customer experience. You will also be expected to chip-in, and do your part to keep the restaurant tidy and clean.
Interested applicants need to be self motivated problem-solvers, organized, and have excellent communication skills. This position is well suited to people who enjoy working as part of a team, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of wine and wine based mix drinks.
- Taking orders and serving customers, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Insure the restaurant is clean and tidy at all times, even during busy periods.
- Check inventories regularly and noting it to management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant demeanor.
- At least a five-year minimum of restaurant experience
- The ability to remain professional at all times
- Organized
- Physical stamina. You must endure standing for long periods of time and carrying heavy items such as kegs and cases of food or wine.
Must have have a New Mexico Alcohol Servers license and Food Handler license
Must be 21 years of age
Must be able to work Lunch shifts 11-4
Must be able to work Dinner shifts 4-11
