The job involves being a people person who is able to multitask well. The procedures included in the position are hands on healing work helping the Doctor in connecting reflex points, releasing fascia of muscles, taking vital signs and taking healthcare notes in the patients file. Administrative roles include ordering supplements and office supplies, scheduling patients and collecting payments on our practice software, organizing files in the morning to prepare for the day, sending payroll info every two weeks and creating weekly bank deposits . We are in the office all day Tuesday and Wednesday. There is a possibility of a few extra hours on a flexible schedule as needed for administrative procedures. We a happy to train the right person, the most important factor is supporting the healing environment of the office.
