Job Responsibilities:
Assisting our clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
Able to take vitals and record readings in a client log book.
Supporting mobility efforts, including transferring.
Cooking meals and ensuring dietary requirements are met.
Light housekeeping to maintain cleanliness.
Provide transportation to doctor’s appointments, errands and activities.
Offer compassionate, emotional support to clients and their families.
Responsible and dependable and willing to work as part of a team.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Active CNA certification if appropriate or eligibility to transfer certification to New Mexico.
Proficient in the ability to read, write and communicate in English.
A minimum of two years of hands-on personal care experience.
Must be able to life 25 pounds in order to assist clients safely.
Specialized training in dementia care, or hospice care a plus.

$20.00 per hour to start
