Responsibilities:
Tend the land - mowing and handle prairie dog control
Oversee and maintain ranch buildings (home sites, garage, and barns)
Maintain fences and wells
Light maintenance of windmills
Manage and track annual maintenance vendors (HVAC, fences, wells)
General maintenance/handy work - welding, painting, repairs,
Qualifications:
Prior property management experience
Basic knowledge of cattle ranching
Fence building and repair
Welding
Must be able to drive a tractor
Valid driver’s license
Tech savvy – email, text, laptop (PC or Mac) Facetime, Zoom, etc. to send status reports to owner
Full time
No housing, car or gas allowance offered.
