Receptionist:

- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting for visitors.
Drivers:
- Ensure timely and secure delivery of floral arrangements to customers’ locations, prioritizing product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Strategize optimal delivery routes for time-efficient service.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism during all interactions, representing Amanda’s Flowers with excellence.
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for flowers and an eye for design (applicable to the Receptionist role).
- Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, or delivery roles.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for the Driver position).
