We are looking for a skilled maintenance person that can help to maintain structures including plumbing and minor electrical, but also has knowledge of sprinkler and irrigation systems.
You must

- speak fluent English
Occasionally, you may have to be in charge of 3 to 5 co-workers for a couple of days. This requires task organization, giving directions to co-workers, staying at the ranch and taking care of animals and structures as needed. You may be required to work some weekends and/or holidays. You must be able to tolerate the weather.
It is a plus if you
- have skills to fix vehicles and equipment
- have skills to operate tractors, mowers, heavy equipment
- have knowledge of landscaping and programing irrigation systems
- have fencing skills
This part-time position has the potential to turn into a full-time position, or could possibly be a full- time position right away. We are somewhat flexible in that.
