Are you a skilled landscaper looking for a part-time opportunity in Santa Fe? We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team at a 260-unit condominium complex located on the extreme northernmost end of Santa Fe.
Job Description:
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Hours: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Weekend Rotation: Pool opening and closing once every 3 weeks
- Responsibilities: Typical summer grounds maintenance
Common Labor Items a Groundskeeper Should Be Responsible For:
1. Mowing and edging lawns
2. Trimming bushes and shrubs
3. Watering plants and trees
4. Weeding flower beds and landscaped areas
5. Mulching and fertilizing
6. Pruning trees and hedges
7. Planting flowers and other greenery
8. Cleaning up debris and maintaining a tidy appearance
9. Assisting with irrigation system maintenance
10. Performing minor repairs and upkeep tasks as needed
- Compensation: Hourly/Competitive
- Supervision: Report to Maintenance Supervisor and Landscape Committee Head
- Requirements: I-9 and SS# required, own transportation, ability to lift at least 75 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of NM state commercial pool maintenance (preferred but not required)
- Experience with caring for trees and living ecosystems (a plus)
