Digital Marketing Manager

Are you a detail-oriented and creative individual with experience in and a passion for digital marketing and graphic design? We're seeking a tech-savvy Digital Marketing Manager to manage our existing robust digital marketing program and develop and execute future innovations and strategies to drive highly qualified traffic to our website and provide increasingly enriched and engaging virtual art experiences to attract and educate high-end fine art gallery clientele.

This full-time, on-site role (NO REMOTE WORK) offers the opportunity to thrive in Santa Fe's vibrant arts community and use your digital marketing skills with one of the leading galleries of museum quality fine art in the Southwestern U.S.

Job responsibilities include:

- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including virtual gallery tours, social media and Google Ads, email communications, press releases and newsletters

- Project management to create print advertising and press releases including printed exhibition catalogs, direct mail pieces, banners and client outreach materials

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO)

- Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of digital and printed marketing campaigns to effectively promote our brand, artists, and art.

- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers; analyze email performance metrics and generate weekly reports

- Create visually appealing graphics and videos for digital marketing materials collaborating with inhouse and outside resources

- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement, and recommending strategic adjustments to management

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

- Meet with management and sales team to determine marketing goals and create comprehensive marketing plans and brand enhancement strategies

- Oversee and manage user inquiries and support communications

- Create and maintain client mailing lists and a robust client database

- Design and manage on-brand email campaigns, digital publications, and misc. print ads

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and email platforms

Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new digital tools

Experience with Asana, Meta, and CRMs preferred

Typing speed of over 50wpm is advantageous

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and ability to manage schedules to deadlines; work well under tight deadlines

● Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

● Takes direction and collaborate well in a team setting

● Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate

● Experience with photography/videography (preferred)

● Proficiency or experience with digital design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent) (preferred)

● Familiarity with fine art preferred

● Maintain great organization while multitasking
