Beastly Books is a speculative fiction specific bookstore specializing in autographed copies. We are looking for someone to join our small team part time! We're looking for a detail oriented person who is approachable, friendly and has knowledge of speculative fiction books and the book world. Barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
This position is very part time with the opportunity to pick up shifts and work events. We host events very often in the bookstore and attend conventions.
Duties include: Book recommendations, making sales on Shopify POS, barista duties, restocking shelves, opening and closing procedures. Must be able to self motivate. Willingness to learn about the titles we carry is a requirement.
