Your Role:
As Production Liaison, you will coordinate between our jewelers and gallery team to ensure custom projects are completed accurately and on time.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assign and track jeweler workloads, deadlines, and progress
Ensure materials (metals, findings, gemstones) are available
Create work orders and manage inventory in QuickBooks Enterprise
Secondary Responsibilities:
Package and ship orders
Assist with gold assaying and intake of customer materials
Maintain studio organization and answer phones
Support additional tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable in a small-business environment
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role
Inventory management experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with standard computer applications
Flexibility
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprise
Jewelry industry experience
Position Details:
25–35 hours per week
