Job Description:
Sales professional at a boutique focused on health, wellness, and ethically-sourced products (clothing, home goods, fitness, etc). Requires excellent customer relation skills and impeccable communication & organization. Position has opportunity for growth with a base salary and bonus structure based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, explain the uses/benefits of products and services, and assist clients in styling and making purchases
Cross-sell products to help achieve company sales goals
Establish client rapport through marketing and client outreach/followup
Perform showroom opening/closing duties (cleanup, steaming clothes, etc.)
Maintain presentation of sales floor through product merchandising
Operate register, perform transactions, and balance cash drawer
Answer client phone calls/emails and manage client bookings & private shopping appointments
Requirements:
MUST have a passion for selling and helping clients
An Associate’s degree or higher preferred
At least 2 years prior retail experience
Must maintain a professional appearance in line with the Company’s aesthetic
Flexible schedule including weekends
Reliable and trustworthy
The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
MUST provide at least 3 professional references along with your resume to be considered for the position
