We are seeking a full-time agent for our family-owned retail shipping and mailbox store.
Responsibilities for this position include friendly customer service in the specialized field of shipping and secure package receiving as well as custom packing of fine art and personal effects.
Training for this position offers a valuable skill set and connection to a wonderful local community (previous experience in this specific field not essential).
Computer skills, the ability to be on your feet, and a helpful personality are essential to this position.

Hours of operation: 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Monday–Friday; Saturday 10 a.m.–3 p.m. Each team member is scheduled for five shifts per week, Monday–Friday, with the exception of one Saturday per month (maximum). Closed Sundays and most major holidays.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3-year minimum of previous customer service employment.
- Fluency with computers, POS systems and cash register transactions.
