Tullivers Pet Food Emporium, retailer of high quality, natural pet foods, supplements, and supplies, is accepting resumes for a permanent, part time Sales Associate. The hours are approx. 20 hours per week over three days, and may lead to more hours in the future. Availability needed for Saturdays and closing shifts (5:30 or 6:30 pm). We are closed on Sundays.
The ideal candidate will have a positive and pleasant attitude and must love animals. Courteous and professional customer service skills are essential, as well as being self-motivated, multi-tasking, dependable, and a team player. You must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lb bags.
This position will be responsible for operating a Point of Sale system, assisting customers, stocking shelves, cleaning, receiving shipments, assisting with closing duties, and special projects as assigned. Comfort with math and using a computer is desired, as is a strong attention to detail.
