Black Diamond Curio is a boutique retail experience steps from Santa Fe's historic Plaza. We focus on a curated mix of gifts and souvenirs from the West and beyond, featuring apparel for adults and kids alike. We offer an elevated collection of goods including books, art, vintage and homewares.
What We Are Looking For
Results driven, service oriented Retail Sales Pro to accelerate growth at our curated gift boutique.
As a Sales Manager, you will
Drive sales growth by motivating team members through mentoring and coaching
Maintain shop environment, cultivating a boutique retail experience
Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service that invites discovery
Foster a collaborative environment, leading by example
Direct inventory management and loss prevention
Partner with owners on recruitment, training and performance assessment
Ensure compliance with shop policies and procedures

Experienced Manager in a Boutique Retail environment
Customer Focused - welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable
Sales Driven - encourages discovery; pitch a vision not a product
Reliable - punctual, consistent
Flexible - available weekdays, weekends and/or holidays
Self Starter - works independently
Detail Oriented - accurate, precise
Multi Tasker - switches between responsibilities seamlessly
Adept with Technology - experience with Shopify preferred
