What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a retail or hospitality industry leadership role, preferably in a coffee environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in HR management, including recruitment, scheduling, and conflict resolution.

A passion for coffee and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling, and Google Docs tools.

What You'll Do:

Operational Leadership: You'll oversee daily operations across all retail locations, ensuring smooth workflows, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Manage supplier relationships and POS systems and assist in office management. You will also work side-by-side with Baristas to maintain a good sense of daily operations and customers.

Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 30+ employees. Create and manage weekly staff schedules. Handle HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and conflict resolution. Create and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure continuous staff development.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage community outreach initiatives, and efficiently address customer complaints and refunds.

Communications: Create in-house weekly newsletters, manage email communications, and collaborate on social media and marketing strategies.

Financial Management: Collaborate with the owners on budgeting, monitor expenses, and contribute to strategies that enhance profitability.

Project Management: Coordinate various projects, from event promotions to implementing new systems. Develop seasonal products and recipes and ensure our offerings are always fresh and exciting.

Technology & Analytics: Manage and update our POS and Google-based communications.

Administrative Excellence: Help with meeting agendas, ensure health code compliance, and maintain open communication with all staff members.
