We are a well established Gallery that handles everything pertaining to Native American and Southwestern Art and Jewelry.
Your Duties will entail;
1. Handling all daily Social Media postings and responses to the enquiries.
2. You will photograph all items as they are received at the Gallery.
3. You will download all photos onto the website and input the detailed description of the item, these items are to be linked to the Artists and Category pages.
4. You will on a daily basis remove the quantities of items that are sold within the brick and mortar store as its POS System is not linked to the website.
5. You will add Biographies to the website when we take on a new Artist.
6. You will create and send out email blasts on a weekly or more often basis.
7. You will post all Gallery events to the social calendars as soon as they are scheduled.
8. You will assist with packing and shipping as your workload permits.
9. You will assist on the sales floor as needed, you will earn commission on all sales.
10. You will assist with photography as needed for advertising.
11. You need to be very proficient with computers
12. You need to be proficient with WIX website platform work.
13. All work will be performed on premises.
14. Other duties as assigned by owner.
15. You will assist in commercial sales.
16. All work is to be coordinated with the approval of the owner.
