Busy construction company, building new homes and remodeling, needs on-site working foreman who is knowledgeable of all phases of construction. Responsible for the day-to-day activity on-site, coordination of subcontractors and company labor, adherrance to work schedule, ability to read blueprints and work with architects when needed. Also enforces all job safety regulations.
We need someone who is focused and a good problem solver.
Must have good work ethic and experince of at least 3 years as a construction supervisor.
