We are a Multi-Family Commercial Renovation Construction firm with commercial projects around Santa Fe.
We are always looking for dedicated DRYWALL, PAINT & LABOR tradesmen to join our team.
Workers are responsible for a variety of tasks relating to drywall hanging, finishing, texturing, painting as well as unloading material, jobsite maintenance etc. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, and be a hard worker. Skilled Laborer Responsibilities:
Hang drywall
Tape & Texture Drywall
Paint interiors, exteriors.
Framing, blocking, other prep work.
Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Load or unload construction materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors.
Perform site clean-up.
Skilled Laborer Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have reliable cell phone and ability to use our work app.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to work in all weather.
Workers must be punctual and reliable.
Must have experience in the construction industry.
