We’re hiring! $18-$23 hourly
Looking for a motivated, reliable person to join our small carpentry crew in Santa Fe County.
We do windows, doors, and decks — mostly residential, quality-focused work.
Training is provided, room to grow for motivated individuals.
Pay & Hours
$18–$23/hr (based on experience and work ethic)
Full time (40hrs per week. Potential for overtime)
Work description:
- Helping to: install doors, windows, decks, and general carpentry
- Keeping the job site clean and safe
- Showing up on time and ready to learn
Requirements:
- Speak, read, and write in English
- Basic math & measuring skills
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Hand tools (tape, knife, pencil) — Other starter tools can be provided
- Clean, respectful, and motivated attitude
- Must pass a background check
