The Maintenance Technician ensures a safe, healthy, and comfortable operating environment at all SMEM owned or leased locations: schedules, coordinates and directs the completion of all maintenance requests, repairs, safety issues, etc. and must respond to requests in a timely manner.
Identifies current and future maintenance requirements for all SMEM Santa Fe facilities and equipment
Oversees implementation of preventative maintenance programs
Resolves maintenance problems in a timely manner
Adheres to state and federal requirements (OSHA, Dept. of Health Licensing, Life Safety Code, etc.) and demonstrates knowledge of such requirements
Five (5) years’ previous maintenance experience (preferably including vehicle maintenance).
Primarily Monday through Friday. Must be able to work flexible hours/locations: will require some “on call” work.
