Accelerated Delivery Company is a Santa Fe owned and operated Delivery Service Provide (DSP) focused on providing outstanding delivery service to the Santa Fe Metro Community. We're seeking reliable, hardworking, and passionate people who can succeed in a fast-paced environment. We are looking to grow rapidly into 2026 and add larger vehicle types over time!

Job Description
Compensation: $21.50/hr. +
Full Time or Part Time, easy and fast application process (just email us your resume and we'll setup a call!)
Shifts are available 7 days a week. We are flexible to your schedule with 3-5 days of 7-10 hour shifts. No experience required. Typical schedule is 4 days on, 3 days off with 10 hour shifts.

As a Delivery Driver at Accelerated Delivery Company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are delivered promptly and accurately within the community!
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered
Drive safely, following GPS coordinated route, following all traffic laws
Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues on route
Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their route
Share issues and problems with management for routing enhancement suggestions
Qualifications
As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:
To be at least 21 years old
Reliable transportation to work
Valid driver's license
A satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
Ability to lift and carry heavy packages up to 50 lbs. for standard parcel routes and 70lbs. for larger.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to operate and safely navigate a delivery van (Transit, Sprinter, or Promaster with larger types available with additional training and pay)
To complete assigned tasks within allotted shift
To be comfortable driving and working a varying weather conditions
