Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced 1099 Social Media Manager Consultant to handle all things social for a single site Medspa in Santa Fe, NM. You’ll manage daily content creation, posting, and engagement across all Social Media platforms . This is a hands-on role that requires both creative and strategic thinking to elevate our social presence and connect with our audience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and post a 7-day/week content calendar for key social media platforms
Repurpose content for YouTube
Capture onsite content (1-2x/month) with staff, about 60-90 minutes per session
Support biannual events with social media promotion and coverage
Create posts, reels, graphics, and videos aligned with brand standards
Collaborate with the team to gather content, ideas, and approvals
Proofread all content for grammar and accuracy

Qualifications:
Experience in the medical aesthetics or Medspa industry required
Strong knowledge of social media platforms
Familiar with creating diverse content types (posts, videos, reels, etc.)
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for brand consistency
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
