Responsible to achieve together with a dedicated team production targets on specific Assembly equipment with regards to quality & OEE. Leads, manages and develops the Assembly team.Main task: Ensures the production in required quantity and quality according the production planEnsures continuous improvement within dedicated team with regards to performance of lines, decrease the scrap and reduce idle timesCommunicates management information to team membersGuides individual development of team members, gives feedback on performance and behaviorConflict management within teamSolves problems / conflicts with other teamsEnsures that availability of service personnel (maintenance, logistics etc) if neededEnsures sequence of lots according to production schedule, is responsible for fulfilling the delivery plan (e.g. through optimized sequence of change over, etc). Ensures availability of human resources for assembly equipment according to production schedulePlans absences (days off, vacation, training etc for dedicated team)Posts all data required in IT system /electronic shift bookEnsures information flow to following shift teamCoordinates the training of team members; ensures that only trained operators work on respective work stationMonitors the production process in area of responsibilitySolves quality issues together e.g. with QM, IE
