As a Food & Beverage attendant, you will have the perfect opportunity to touch the hearts of our guests by making their dining occasions truly unforgettable. With a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner service, this role has plenty of variety. You'll work alongside the Food and Beverage Team to ensure seamless guest experiences. Your role includes the following tasks:Greeting guests warmly and professionally as they arriveTaking food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyDelivering food and drinks to tables in a timely mannerClearing tables, resetting and maintaining a clean dining areaHandling guest queries, requests, and complaints with careProcessing payments using POS systems and handling cash/card transactionsRestocking supplies and ensuring stations are stocked and tidyFollowing hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures at all timesSupporting colleagues and working collaboratively as part of a teamSetting up and packing down service areas as requiredCommunicating any dietary needs or guest concerns to kitchen teamCompleting daily cleaning and closing checklists
