Duties Description The Administrative Specialist Trainee 1 will be assigned to the Operations and Regulatory Management Bureau which provides support for three bureaus in the Division of Medical and Dental Directors - The Bureau of Medical Review, The Bureau of Dental Review, and The Medical Indemnity Fund (MIF). This position will act as administrative support for the bureau’s functions, including regulatory review, provider and policy manual review, project management, communications, program development, policy development and implementation, audit management, SharePoint site management, and contract management. The position would support coordination of information across the Division. This role would be responsible for managing several different projects and activities within the division. The traineeship would allow the trainee to develop and learn fundamentals of project management and develop skills to be successful in their role. They will also gain experience working within a team and across bureaus to ensure projects are tracked and completed in a timely manner.
