The Associate Developer position is an opportunity to develop web/mobile applications and solutions which support our business users and external constituents. At CDPHP we are looking to transform the way we engage by utilizing advanced technologies to deliver value across as many different channels as possible. The Associate Developer will focus on Front End technologies and Development with preference in Content Management Systems. The Associate Developer will have the opportunity to develop, support, and implement custom code in our constituent portals and mobile applications. The Associate Developer will be responsible for and contribute to the development, testing, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of all business applications, software and custom code that support the platform using technologies which include .NET, CMS (Sitecore, WordPress, Adobe), C#, React/Angular/Vue, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, and RESTful web services. This position will collaborate with business, staff, Enterprise Application Solutions colleagues, and other stakeholders to define and analyze detailed customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and present solutions. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of equivalent experience required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.

Experience with web technologies with a focus on Front End Development and technologies preferred.

Preferred experience with any of the following:

JavaScript, UX/UI, Content Management Systems knowledge (Sitecore, WordPress, Adobe), .NET, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, Oracle or SQL Server and familiarity with either of React/Angular/Vue. Xamarin/Maui, Mulesoft, backend/API knowledge

Previous experience with data-driven applications and databases preferred.

Experience with backend and APIs preferred.

Experience with Software Development Life Cycle preferred.

Experience working in an agile environment preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.

Demonstrated ability to pro-actively identify problems, as well as recommend and/or implement effective solutions.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within a matrix environment work environment.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop relationships both internally and externally.

Demonstrated ability to work with and maintain confidential information.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Flexibility to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.

CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance.
