Summary: The Content Design Manager will join the Central Product Platform (CPP) organization, a dynamic team that has transitioned to cover an increasing scope of consumer-facing work alongside traditional platform responsibilities. The role involves managing a team of four content designers and contributing individually to projects on Meta’s Web Platform.Meta Web Platform has the mission to centrally empower effective and efficient web development at Meta. Across our consumer sites, business marketing sites, and online help center, the Meta Web Platform aims to unify the technical and information architecture behind our web properties, implement governance and standards (including UX and the Meta Design System) for web development at Meta, speed up workflows for web developers, unify web analytics and drive business impact through faster performance and conversion efficiency. By joining this team, you’ll have an opportunity to help define strategy for an initiative with executive visibility and accelerate priorities for key stakeholders across Reality Labs and Business/Consumer Marketing.Required Skills: Content Design Manager Responsibilities:

Manage a team that delivers on multiple projects or programs across regions or business groups.

Build internal community (for example, drive inclusion, onboard new employees, and connect people on your team with new opportunities).

Provide regular performance feedback, check-ins and reviews for people who report to you.

Coach team members to increase their impact, develop their strengths and grow their careers.

Build the teams and skills necessary for long-term growth, both within and outside the organization.

Help to recruit highly talented people to join the content design team, and onboard cross-functionally.

Provide content design for complex features for the global Facebook Inc. audience.

Actively build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Develop lightweight, repeatable processes, workflows and content templates that keep the team nimble and successful in a culture that values moving fast and iterating quickly.

Share your own work and give feedback to teammates in a variety of settings.

Promote content design at Facebook Inc. and in the broader design and content communities.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years experience in content design or related fields

2+ years experience managing, coaching and developing direct reports

Knowledge of social and mobile experiences
