Recommend audited contracts for OSC approval or non-approval or approval or non-approval of vendor responsibility conclusions. Provide guidance, technical assistance and training to agency staff and/or potential bidder(s) to facilitate the contract and procurement processes including conducting Vendor Responsibility reviews, ensuring all control requirements are met. Provide all NYS agencies with appropriate payroll information. o Contact agency staff to review contract preparation and award requirements.
