Evaluate and build upon existing communications strategy through a digital content lens.

Contribute ideas for digital email, push, in-app, social, SMS, and web campaigns including tactics across paid, earned, shared, and owned media.

Oversee digital communication content development in conjunction with our internal teams.

Align content strategies for programs and events.

Maintain a relevant content repository - constantly updating information and working with agency leaders for content production.

Writing, editing, and optimizing CRM content, emails, push notifications, SMS, and in-app/site notifications.

Partner with insights and strategy effectively forms strategic content recommendations based on organic search, audience, and business insights.

Developing and delivering effective and persuasive presentations

Expanding our team’s knowledge, consulting on the strategy, implementation, and use of content

Keeping Ford Motor Company at the forefront of the industry, proactively exploring and sharing the latest content innovations, best practices, trends, and tools

To be a successful as CRM Senior Digital Copywriter Specialist, you might be…

Someone who enjoys crafting digital content, think pieces, email marketing campaigns.

Someone who has developed and driven forward multi-channel digital strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational and departmental growth goals.

Someone who might have held roles in digital and/or communications.

Someone who has strong client consultancy skills gained in an agency environment.

A framework-minded designer who excels at strategic choice-making and thrives in complex systems.

Passionate for the evolution of technology and how it is a key driver in business strategy.

Someone who is obsessed with how end users experience digital content.

Someone who harnesses the power of data and analytics to drive decision making.

You'll have

Bachelor's degree in omni-marketing, journalism, public relations, strategic communications, digital content strategy.

5+ years of experience in digital marking, branding, content creation & management, social media, copy writing.

Must provide a portfolio with a few relevant writing samples to be considered.

Excellent writing skills, editing skills, and the ability to create compelling content from brief descriptions, summaries, and interviews.

Experience running both paid and organic social campaigns from a content perspective.

Strong technological aptitude, expertise in Adobe Suite, InDesign, Canva, Google Analytics & Data Studio, Facebook Ads Manager.

Capacity to quickly master new tools and platforms as technologies evolve.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to take initiative and handle multiple projects with respect to timelines and deliverables.

An understanding of web user experiences and web audience development with the ability to adjust digital strategy quickly and smartly, is a nice to have.

At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an agency setting.

Even better, you may have

Experience in professional digital copywriting, content strategy or content optimization is preferred.

Experience teaching, mentoring, reviewing and delegating work is a plus

Professional, proactive, and effective communication skills

Outstanding writing and presentation skills

Attention to detail and eye for accuracy

Ability to collaborate with other disciplines and teams

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple clients and projects

Ability to accept feedback with a willingness to learn and grow

Strategic problem-solving skills and a love for content challenges

Strong understanding of ecommerce content best practices is preferred

Knowledge of the Associated Press (AP) Stylebook is a plus
