Customer Service Rep

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Rep in the industry of customer service, located in Albany, New York. In this role, you will be tasked with onboarding and providing ongoing support to new participants in our program, educating them about the services available, and maintaining accurate records.Responsibilities: Guide the onboarding process of new program participants, ensuring they understand the process and services available. Provide continuous support to program participants throughout their tenure, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Educate program participants on recruiting and hiring methods, empowering them to recruit and permanent their own Personal Assistants. Oversee the completion of necessary paperwork and assessments, ensuring program compliance. Manage an effective program caseload coordination by tracking and responding to the needs of program participants and their Personal Assistants using our proprietary software systems. Utilize CRM and other computer programs to maintain accurate records of program participants and their activities. Respond promptly to inquiries from program participants via phone, email, or in person. Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, copying, scanning, and email to support the team. Uphold the confidentiality of records and logs at all times. Utilize skills in Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, EHR SYSTEM, Answering Inbound Calls, Authorizations, Benefit Functions, Billing Functions, and Call Center Customer Service to ensure efficient operation of the program. Requirements Must have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or related fields Proficiency in Allscripts and Cerner Technologies is required Must possess strong computer program skills Familiarity with CRM systems is essential Experience with EHR SYSTEM is a plus Must have experience in answering inbound calls and handling customer queries efficiently Should have knowledge of authorizations, benefit functions, and billing functions Prior experience in a call center customer service role is preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must Must have a customer-centric approach and a knack for building rapport with customers Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving team goals Flexibility to work in shifts, if required High school diploma or equivalent education level is required.
