As a Field Service Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical expertise and support to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot technical issues for our customers

Provide technical support for our IA solutions

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions

Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE:

Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience in project management and execution

Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

WE VALUE:

Technical or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

2+ years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on technical solutions

Desired experience in a similar role
