Duties Description The Health Systems Specialist 4 (HSS 4) will oversee, direct, and participate in hospice and palliative care quality and practice-related activities in New York State. This shall include training of and support for regional health care surveillance teams; review of thematic hospice and palliative care concerns; identification of new best practices in the field of hospice and palliative care; review of and recommendations for regulatory and statutory changes that address program and healthcare system needs.
