SSO is committed to a diverse workforce, which is a reflection of our clients and the people they serve.Healthcare Organization Operations Administrator, Albany NY DDSA - 1144 Summary The candidate will serve as a Healthcare Organization Operations Administrator for the Bureau of Data Insights and Research within the Division of Data Services and Analytics (DDSA). The candidate will work directly with the Bureau Director on day-to-day operations which include the following:
Working with the Division’s HR Team
Onboarding paperwork management
Team event/activities management
Updating spreadsheets regarding accesses ex: Tableau, maintain DUA # lists
Distributing internal team communications
Assist engagement leads in scheduling meetings
Assist in content creation for bureau meetings
Other responsibilities as requested
Basic Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent
Three years of administrative experience
