Human Resources DirectorKey Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement a holistic HR strategy for our associated facilities that synchronizes human resources, labor, and organizational design initiatives with the organization’s overarching growth plan and strategy.

Utilize HR KPIs and metrics to spot trends, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and to extract data-driven insights for decision making and HR strategy formulation.

Work in tandem with HRBPs, HR Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to spot opportunities for standardization, process enhancements, and aligned strategic initiatives that bolster business and HR strategies and objectives.

Collaborate with the Senior Director of HR and the HRBPs at associated facilities to formulate and oversee a comprehensive labor strategy.

Assist the Labor Relations HRBP in the correct execution of local Collective Bargaining Agreements, labor processes, and strategies.

Establish streamlined and efficient HR processes to boost HR service delivery to organizational stakeholders.

In collaboration with the HRBPs, formulate and uphold project and change management plans, timelines, and budgets that support and are in line with the HR Strategy.

Supervise all HR programs and projects to ensure they are in sync with the organization’s strategic goals, delivered on time and within budget.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

6+ years of Human Resources leadership experience.

4+ years of Labor Relations experience in a represented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources.

Experience in a global industrial or manufacturing company.

Familiarity with HR technology and tools, including HRIS systems.
