Primary responsibilities will include monitoring the performance of service providers to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and standards, fostering vendor relationships, and driving process improvements. You will assist in overseeing the $175M long-term managed services engagement and help identify new opportunities for efficiency and innovation across various areas in IT, ensuring a focus on excellence and operational effectiveness in IT service delivery.Required Qualifications
10+ years proven experience working with managed service providers with a focus on governance, vendor management, continuous improvement, and strategic partnering. The candidate needs to have a minimum of 10 years at a leadership level or above.
7+ years proven experience in IT governance, vendor management, and strategic partnership development.
5+ years strong supplier performance, contract management and financial analysis skills.
3+ years in a managerial role overseeing and managing direct reports
Preferred Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices.
Understanding of IT Infrastructure and ServiceNow is a plus.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to IT governance and vendor management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and process improvements.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
