Description We are in the process of recruiting a Marketing Assistant for our clients operations in Albany, New York, 12204, United States. The focus of this role will be to aid in marketing efforts through various associations, businesses, governments, and schools. This opportunity is a long-term contract position, offering the potential for substantial detail-oriented growth.Responsibilities: Collaborate with associated businesses to promote heating and cooling brand and generate profits. Develop and distribute promotional materials such as brochures. Establish partnerships with property owners for product placement, such as water heaters in residential settings. Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to create visually appealing marketing materials. Utilize Facebook Insights to analyze and improve social media outreach. Create and manage advertisement campaigns. Write and publish engaging blog posts to increase brand awareness. Participate in budget processes and campaign planning activities. Leverage prior experience with heating HVAC systems to assist in marketing strategies.Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is required. Familiarity with Facebook Insights for analyzing data and creating reports. Experience in creating and managing various types of advertisements. Proven experience in blogging, with the ability to produce engaging content. Demonstrated understanding of brand awareness strategies and implementation. Familiarity with budget processes, able to manage and allocate resources effectively. Experience in campaign planning, from inception to execution. Knowledge of HVAC system is a plus, but not mandatory.
