Responsibilities The Office Manager is responsible for general oversight of the administrative and daily operations of the office. The Office Manager is responsible for Responsibilities: Interfaces with vendors, suppliers, courier services and the building property management companyCoordinate all visitors, guests and clients ensuring compliance with office and campus security requirementsPartner with Page Human Resources to assist in carrying out HR related duties specific to the onboarding of new staffTake direct responsibility for business meeting planning and special event planning such as holiday and retirement partiesManage front desk staff and coverage as neededOversee office supply procurement and organization of the supply areas, organization of all conference rooms (cleaned and stocked with supplies); and kitchens and kitchen suppliesManage shipping and deliveries to and from the officeProvide occasional direct support to Page Albany senior leaders in matters requiring discretion and confidentialityQualificationsAssociate's degree preferredMinimum of 8 years of experience as an office manager or executive assistantAbility to engage in light physical activity such as moving and lifting of boxes of supplies, light office furniture, etc.Exceptional interpersonal, written & verbal communication skillsStrong analytical thinking & organizational skillsAbility to be proactive and respond promptly to requestsProficiency with Microsoft Office software applicationsAbility to multi-taskStrong attention to detailAbility to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentialityBase Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skills and/or location)#LI-JK1Equal Opportunity Employer - Male, Female, Disabled, VeteransMinimum Salary: 31200.00
