Job summary:Title: PeopleSoft Business Analyst Functional Lead-50% on-site Location: Albany, NY, USA Length and terms: Long term - W2 or C2C Position created on 03/26/2024 04:32 pm Job description: Webcam interview Long term project 50% on-site in (Albany, NY) 40 hours per week during the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Some flexibility required Description of Engagement: Client requires a functional lead to support Billing, Accounts Receivable, eBill Payment, Lease Administration, Cash and Deal Management modules. The consultant will be responsible for:
Business Transformation, Strategic Planning, Self-Manage Project Efforts and provide status to leadership.
Leading requirements and design sessions with client and customer teams.
Creating both high level conceptual designs and detailed functional designs.
Collaborating and assisting team members to create functional designs.
Planning and managing testing efforts in support of the documented requirements.
Documentation and Cross Training.
Mandatory Qualifications: Seven or more years of business analysis experience using PeopleSoft including in each of all the following knowledge areas (as defined by the International Institute of Business Analysis A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge ® {BABOK® Guide}):
· Business analysis planning and monitoring
· Elicitation and collaboration
· Requirements life cycle management
· Strategy analysis
· Requirements analysis and design definition
· Solution evaluation
Seven or more years experience performing Business Analysis work in a project leadership role working in PeopleSoft Financials. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Campus Solutions does NOT qualify
Seven or more years of experience utilizing an understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and table structures
Four or more years of experience managing functional resources in a PeopleSoft Financials environment.
Experience implementing solutions to meet business/system needs and requirements in an Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Environment using version 9.2.
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Campus Solutions does NOT qualify
Specific expertise leading efforts with 2 or more of the following areas: Billing, Receivables, eBill Payment, Lease Administration, Banking, Customer Contracts.
