If you are talented, energetic, and committed to delivering quality demonstrations of our UKG HCM, and WFM software and solutions, this is the perfect place to work and grow professionally.The Presales Solution Expert will deliver an innovative, engaging, and strategic sales presentation with a clear and concise value message. In collaboration with the sales team, you will provide discovery and analysis of current business needs and the development of impactful professional demonstrations. You will share your knowledge with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle as well as with the Solution Expert team.Your previous experience in a presales role with HCM systems specifically HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Workforce Management, is required. In addition, you must possess excellent communication, problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and a “whatever it takes” attitude.Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities: Deliver quality, engaging and strategic sales presentations with a clear, strong value message Maintain expertise in UKG solutionsQualifications BA/BS or equivalent strongly preferred Knowledge of Public Sector market a plus Knowledge of UKG Ready Full-Suite a plus 5+ years of industry experience (HCM, HR, Payroll, Time) 5+ years of presales/solution consulting experience Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to solve business problems with a strategic solution Must possess high energy and be eager to get out in the market to convincingly tell our story Ability to adapt in a fast-paced evolving environment Must be a good listener; ability to understand a prospect's unspoken but implied criteria Ability to think critically in a fast-paced setting Must possess the attitude of "Whatever it Takes” to get the job doneEducation/Certification/License: CPP and SPHR/PHR designations desiredCompany OverviewHere at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
