Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family. As a Team Partner in the Alterations

& Mending Department, you will be working as a team to ensure customer

garments are always in exceptional condition through quality inspection and

garment mending. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday and

Sunday off We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.Pay & Benefits:On the job training

Receive all mending work ordersand products requiring mending from Route Sales and garment finishing area

Repair defects in garments asneeded using the correct mending procedure in a timely manner

Maintain a clean work area

Complete paperwork and record keepin a timely manner

Followall safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines

Performother duties as described by area supervisor or management

QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:

High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management

Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance

  • Job Description: Develops, implements and maintains company compensation policies and programs. This role will partner with the business to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation. This role will engage in work such as job descriptions reviews, conducting job analysis, pricing roles and advising HRBPs and business leaders on best practices for offers and promotions/job changes. This role will also serve as the primary point of contact as it relates to compensation programs and processes for all international locations. This role maintains a working knowledge of relevant rules, regulations and labor contracts that may affect compensation policies. This role may partner with other compensation team members to analyze, design and communicate company compensation programs such as salary structures, bonus plans, and stock plans.
