About the role:The Quality Techis responsible for supporting all Quality Compliance systems.This role must perform fact-based audits and assessments against records, procedures, processes, packaging, and equipment for compliance to internal, Federal, State, and otherregulatory standards. Key responsibilities:
Backup to the Quality Leads.
Assists in all quality systems and audits
Assists with sanitation pre-op inspections
Perform daily plant GMP/Gemba walks
Perform weekly Quality PM/Calibrations
Assist on off shift Traceability Exercises
Perform Production records spot checks during shift
Assists in record, procedure, process, and equipment reviews for compliance to all Federal, State, and other regulatory requirements.
Assists in quality awareness, GMPs, and product knowledge to improve consistency and fficiency in our operation.
Audits quality systems for compliance and effectiveness and makes recommendations for correction or improvement.
Analysis of quantity control in the facility
Perform any other duties as assigned in a safe and timely manner
Qualifications and skills:
Ability to effectively communicate with managers and fellow team members
Working knowledge of Microsoft office
Ability to tolerate varying temperatures, lift 55+ lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
