Roadside Assistance & Repair

RnT Dispatch is currently searching for Roadside Assistance / Roadside Repair Technicians to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing Emergency Roadside Service (ERS) and Roadside Repair tasks, utilizing both hand and power tools.

Our company is currently contracted with multiple providers (Geico, Allstate, NSD, Quest, etc.) for Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERS). We are also contracted for Roadside Assistance/Repairs to companies such as U-Haul or Penske in multiple states.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

- Repair or replace faulty components using appropriate tools.

- Perform inspections to identify potential problems.

- Provide Dispatch with the information for accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

-Perform basic ERS (I.E. unlocks, tire changes, jump starts, fuel delivery)

Requirements:

- Prior experience is not required, as we have on-site training and a 24/7 mechanic on-call .

- Proficiency with various hand and power tools.

- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Certification in relevant field is a plus.

Scheduling:

Open Scheduling (On-call 24/7 or Shift schedules)
