Production Worker – Commercial Bakery
The Production Worker supports daily operations within our commercial bakery, ensuring consistent product quality and food safety standards. This position is hands-on and fast-paced, involving equipment setup, operation, and sanitation, as well as mixing, baking, and packaging finished goods.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and break down bakery production equipment safely and efficiently
Weigh, mix, and prepare ingredients according to established recipes and production schedules
Load and monitor ovens, mixers, and other bakery machinery to maintain consistent product quality
Perform routine sanitation and cleaning of equipment, tools, and work areas
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety, and food quality standards at all times
Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished goods as needed
Communicate with supervisors and teammates to maintain smooth production flow
Qualifications:
Prior experience in food manufacturing, commercial bakery, or similar environment preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability
Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environment and follow strict sanitation standards
