Responsibilities:
-Oversee kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and presentation
-Manage and schedule kitchen staff to ensure optimal performance and coverage
-Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation
-Control food costs, monitor inventory, and place orders as needed
-Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar role
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety regulations
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
