Job Description:
As an experienced line cook at our restaurant, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality culinary experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and executing dishes according to our recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and collaborating closely with the culinary team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items with attention to detail and presentation
Ensure consistency in food quality and taste
Adhere to all sanitation and food safety guidelines
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure
Collaborate with kitchen team members to uphold our standards of excellence
Requirements:
Proven experience as a line cook in a busy kitchen environment, preferably in a similar dining establishment
Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when needed
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Culinary degree or certification is a plus
