Local restaurant is seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead our team and ensure an outstanding experience for every guest. Full and part time available.
Position Summary:
As the Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and improving team performance. You’ll help manage staff scheduling, training, and development while ensuring our guests feel welcomed and well-served. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily management of restaurant operations to ensure quality and consistency
Supervise and train team members to maintain high service and food standards
Support with staff scheduling and managing shift coverage as needed
Ensure a welcoming environment for guests and quickly address any issues
Help manage inventory, ordering, and ensure proper stock levels
Maintain a clean and safe environment for both guests and team members
Aid in executing marketing and promotional initiatives
Foster a positive work culture and uphold company policies
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant management / front of house experience preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
