Are you an experienced line cook ready to make the move up the ladder?
We are hiring two Sous chefs to help lead our 2 kitchens. The right person for this position can multi-task, is a great team leader, and has a can-do attitude that contributes to a positive working environment for our entire crew.
This person must have a high level of passion for food and hospitality.
Management of day-to-day operations includes but is not limited to managing a busy line, working with line cooks to ensure smooth service, ensuring consistent food quality, and maintaining sanitation/cleanliness.
Report to Executive Chef
A formal culinary degree is optional.
