Responsibilities:
Provide impeccable service
Create consistent cocktails in a fast-paced environment
Assess guest's needs and preferences and make recommendations
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and foster an excellent guest experience
Qualifications:
Experience with hand crafted cocktail programs, including production of syrups and garnish
An appreciation and understanding of fine food, wine, and spirits
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Sense of urgency, quick and savvy
Must have weekend availability - night shift
Japanese Whiskey knowledge a plus
