Compensation
Pay $28 per hour plus 2 weeks paid time off. Both part-time employees and full-time employees get vacation pay.
All work is on the books.

Shift and schedule
Scheduled nights of work are left up to employee to decide. Our work is done after store closing, typically you could start between 10 pm and 1am. How long you work is mostly left up to the employee but needs to be a minimum of 3 or 4 hours. You would have the option to work up to 8 hours a night.

Who we are:
Established in 1993, TJB Sunshine provides maintenance / specialty cleaning service for national retail chain stores across NY state. All of our technicians are employees as we do not hire subcontractors. Our average employee has worked with us for over 10 years. We have had continued growth and now services almost all of NYS. We provide a wide range of maintenance and cleaning services to retail stores only. We are looking for a local technician to provide overnight specialty cleaning services to our established customers.
Qualification requirements:
Work experience.
Minimum 3 years experience with one company
Valid NYS driver's license with no major. Infractions. Car required
Education
Minimum requirement High school diploma, GED or greater
Experience with customer service
Skills with small hand tools
Background checks are required
Physical fitness ability to be on your feet for extended hours, bending, reaching , crawling etc.
Employee will need a positive friendly attitude with ability to converse with all levels of retail management as well as our office staff.

Hiring process
Unfortunately not all applicant will be contacted. Applicants that are selected will be contacted for follow up. Interested applicants that are chosen will be offered a paid working interview. Normally a couple hours working with us at one of our accounts. This is done primarily so applicants can have a hands on look at what we do to see if it is a good fit for them. We pay for all training including interview time. After a training period, most of the time you would be working by yourself.
